Objectives:

  1. To develop cultural competencies to foster a productive work environment.
  2. To provide tools and information to participants that they can apply in their organizational and personal lives.
  3. To connect people from corporations, organizations and institutions for the purpose of sharing ideas and information about diversity-related issues.
  4. To educate individuals about topics related to their workplace and work function.

Target Audience:

Executives, managers, supervisors and employees that have reached a basic level of diversity awareness and are interested in developing specific competencies and diversity-related skills.
