Workshop Description:
Cultural intelligence is vital to working inter- and intra-culturally in today's global economy. Cultural intelligence is the unique ability to identify, recognize, and acknowledge the differences and similarities that exist between and among cultural groups and systems. Leaders and managers are more effective in solving problems and addressing diversity issues when they can think in a culturally appropriate way. This session provides managers and leaders with a model, cultural intelligence, which is useful to engaging, managing, and leading diverse staff and to creating systems and processes that are inclusive.
