- Time to make our organizations places of respect where diversity is valued, not feared, and workplaces can truly support growth, innovation and creativity.
- Time for schools to understand each student as an individual, with different cultures and experiences, so that he or she may be given the possibility to succeed.
- Time to embrace our neighbors and foster healthy relationships with people from all communities and cultures.
Anything is possible when we learn to put aside our biases and truly value and respect others for the diversity they bring with them. The sky is the limit.
